DIRECTIONS - Spray 2-3 sprays on area and rub in, no need to wash off. Best used post workout to aid in recovery, or anytime your muscles are tense, tired and sore.
You may feel a slight tingling sensation when applying this product. The sensation should ease in a few minutes. If not, or the sensation is too much, simply wash down with warm water.
